Local Priorities Road safety issues Message

I wanted to provide you with an update regarding Road safety issues, which people around your area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the priority survey.

As part of our commitment to road safety and community engagement, Dyfed Powys Police is listening to members of the public following complaints received regarding vehicles parking on and blocking pavements throughout the Ystradgynlais and surrounding areas.
Drivers are being urged to familiarise themselves with pavement parking regulations to avoid getting fined and to ensure the safety of pedestrians., as cars blocking pathways can cause serious problems for pedestrians - especially the elderly, disabled people and those using prams or pushchairs.
